Sustainable Industry

World-leading, innovative and sustainable materials drying technology

  • Coomtech - the sustainable way to dry bulk raw material
  • 75% reduction in CO2 emissions and energy costs
  • Pathway to 100% renewable energy
EVERY DAY, MILLIONS OF TONNES OF MATERIALS ARE DRIED USING INEFFICIENT 100 YEAR OLD THERMAL DRYING TECHNOLOGY, WASTING VAST AMOUNTS OF ENERGY AND GENERATING MILLIONS OF TONNES OF C02 NEEDLESSLY
75
%
Our goal is to help our customers to eliminate 75% of the global energy wasted and emissions generated by legacy drying technology
Reducing Carbon Capture Load - cutting costs, increasing take-up
This could save more than 5bn tonnes of CO2
A single Coomtech enabled plant would cut CO2 emissions by the equivalent of 616,550 mature trees, per year and is 75% cheaper to opperate

Breakthrough innovation

Low emissions bulk raw materials drying technology - Same Task with less energy

CUTTING EMISSIONS FROM A GLOBAL INDUSTRY
Coomtech has revolutionised the way global industry dries bulk raw materials, offering a route to zero emissions.

Current drying technology (thermal drying) is based upon a simple, yet highly inefficient process of high temperatures and high emissions generated from burning fossil fuels.

The Coomtech innovation turns this 100+year old method on its head, we don’t use high temperatures in our process, we leverage nature in a different and more efficient way. The end result is to cut the energy required and emissions generated from this vast global process.

Greater Flexibility

Bringing modularity to the drying market, the Coomtech patented system rolls out faster, can scale up to suit the demand, can be demounted and relocated, and introduces the revolutionary Flexible Run Mode (FRM).

Flexible Run Mode means that for the first time, plants managers can turn-down or turn-up the performance of the plant to match the production requirements of the day.

A Coomtech enabled plant can even run multiple types or specifications of material at the same time, increasing production optimisation and improving customer service.
